COVID-19 Cancellation Policy Update
Due to the current pandemic and constant changes to travel restrictions we have decided to relax our cancellation policy for the remainder of 2020 and 2021 to issue a full refund (including deposit) if cancelled 30 days or more before the check in date.
Cancellations made between 30 and 10 days before arrival the deposit (25%) will be retained.
If Cancelled 10 days or less before your arrival date the full amount will be retained.
2022 cancellation policy You will receive a full refund if cancelled 6 weeks prior to check in date and will be charged 25% of the total price if you cancel after the 6 weeks. (24 hours grace period) and the total price if you cancel in the 10 days before arrival.
